Christmas with Kids in Washington

My step-Dad, Armin, volunteers his time for a Kindergarten class at a nearby school. Usually he reads stories to the kids. But today was a special treat. The children received gloves, hats, stickers and treats from ‘Santa’ Armin and his ‘elf’, Aurora (my Mom). They all had great fun making raindeer antlers for the kids to wear. Armin sang O Christmas Tree to the children in German. They had recently been learning songs in Spanish and the teacher explained that it’s fun to hear songs from all languages.medium_Christmas_party_at_Sunset_school_007B.jpg
